ΒΑΣΙΛΕ[Ω]Σ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ - ΑΡΣΑΚΟY / ΕYΕΡΓΕΤΟY - ΔΙΚΑΙΟY - [Ε]ΠΙΦΑΝΟYΣ / [ΦΙΛ]ΕΛΛΗΝ[ΟΣ] Phraates seated right on throne, receiving palm from Tyche standing left, holding cornucopiae; in exergue, [ΘΠ]C APTE.
