ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΝ - ΑΡΣΑΚΟY / ΕYΕΡΓΕΤΟY - ΔΙΚΑΙΟ[Y] - [Ε]ΠΙΦΑΝΟ[YΣ] / [ΦΙΛΕΛΛΗΝΟΣ] Phraates seated right on throne, holding bow in his right hand and receiving wreath from Tyche standing left, holding cornucopiae; below throne, ΗΠΣ; in exergue, [APTE].
