T. Manlius Mancinus, Appius Claudius Pulcher and Q. Urbinus, 111-110 BC. Denarius (Silver, 17 mm, 4.00 g, 6 h), Rome. Head of Roma to right, wearing winged helmet, pendant earring and pearl necklace. Rev. T•MALAP CL•Q• VR Victory driving triga to right, holding reins in both hands. Babelon (Claudia) 2 and (Manlia) 3. Crawford 299/1b. RBW 1142. Sydenham 570a. Beautifully toned. Light scratches and the reverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, good very fine.
