Otho, 69. Denarius (Silver, 17 mm, 2.81 g, 6 h), a contemporary plated imitation, irregular mint, 15 January-16 April 69. [IMP OTHO] CAESAR AVG [TR P] Bare head of Otho to right. Rev. PONT MAX Aequitas standing front, head to left, holding scales in her right hand and scepter in her left. Cf. BMC 6, Cohen 9 and RIC 19 (for prototype). Scratches and with minor breaks in plating, otherwise, fine.
