LUCANIA. Thourioi. Circa 350-300 BC. Distater (Silver, 29 mm, 15.19 g, 3 h), Eupha-, magistrate. Head of Athena to left, wearing crested Attic helmet adorned, on the bowl, with Skylla throwing a stone. Rev. [ΘΟΥΡΙΩΝ] / ΕΥΦΑ Bull butting right; in exergue, two fish swimming right. HN Italy 1823. Noe J14-16 (same obverse die). SNG Copenhagen 1430. Struck on a broad flan. Some die rust on the obverse and with minor areas of weakness, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
