MAXIMINVS NOB CAES Helmeted and cuirassed bust of Maximinus II to left, holding spear over his right shoulder and shield decorated with two horsemen riding to left, four enemies below them; on cuirass, gorgoneion. Rev. SOLI INVICTAE / B / ANT Sol, radiate, standing front in spread quadriga, head to left, raising his right hand and holding globus in his left; below quadriga, A-Z-A. http://www.notinric.lechstepniewski.info/6ant-144_b.html. RIC -. Rare and with a very attractive bust type. Somewhat smoothed and with a die break on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
