Seal (Lead, 28 mm, 17.59 g, 12 h). +ΓPA/ΦAC CΦPA/ΓIZⲰ KAI / ΛOΓOVC S / TAC KRI/CEIC ("I seal the letters and documents and the decisions") in six lines. Rev. ΠΡA/ΞЄIC TЄ / KVPⲰ TAC / TOV ΓHPO/TPOΦЄI/OV ("and I authenticate the acts of the Gerotropheion") in six lines, decorations flanking the last line. Apparently unpublished. An intriguing and exceptional piece belonging to a philanthropical institution seldomly encountered on seals. Good very fine.
