CARTHAGE. Circa 350-320 BC. Stater (Gold, 18 mm, 9.49 g, 3 h). Head of Tanit to left, wearing wreath of grain ears, triple-pendant earring and elaborate necklace. Rev. Horse standing right; to lower right, two pellets; in exergue, garbled inscription. Jenkins & Lewis Group IIIa, 10 (same dies). MAA 4. A rare early issue of beautiful style. Light marks, otherwise, about extremely fine.
