GENIO POPVLI ROMANI / ✱ / PLC The Genius of the Roman people, nude but for chlamys, standing front, head to left, wearing kalathos and sacrificing out of patera over lighted altar with his right hand and holding cornucopiae in his left. RIC 186b. Sharply struck and nearly fully silvered. Minor deposits, otherwise, good extremely fine.
