IVL CRISPVS NOB C Laureate and cuirassed bust of Crispus to left, holding spear over his right shoulder and shield, decorated with emperor receiving kneeling soldiers, on his left. Rev. BEATA TRANQVILLITAS / •PTR(crescent) Globe set on altar inscribed VO/TIS / XX; above, three stars. RIC 403. An extremely rare variety with a very interesting shield decoration. Somewhat rough, otherwise, about very fine.
