Great Britain, 1979 Death Centenary of Rowland Hill, A group of hand-drawn essays; four composite strips of five of various designs featuring the bust of Sir Rowland Hill in pen and ink on white paper and a composite block of ten in differing designs and with the final proposed hand-painted designs (2) in shades of green, brown and yellow-gold; signed by the artist Andrew Restall and dated 1976; very fine and unique.
