Elizabeth I (1558-1603), Sixth Issue, Shillings, Tower, .925 Fine, bust 6B (5), 1587-1589, 5.66g, 11h, m.m. crescent; also, 1590-1592, 5.95g, m.m. hand, collector notes this as 'an ugly grey coin', which is perhaps a tad harsh!; another, 1592-1595, 4.79g, 7h, m.m. tun; others, 1594-1596, m.m. woolpack (2), 5.67g, 8h; and, 6.11g, 4h m.m. key, 5.58g (North 2014; Spink 2577), the third corroded with pitted surfaces, otherwise general circulation wear, some splits, the portraits largely flat excepting the last, good to about fine (5).
