Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1682 TRICESIMO QVRRTO error [QVARTO over TERTIO], fourth laureate and draped bust right, rev. crowned shields cruciform, seven strings to harp, lettered edge upwards, 29.69g, 6h (Bull - [cf. 416]; ESC 65B [R2]; Spink 3359), polished and edge damage suggestive of past mounting, otherwise bright with flecking and minor flawing before bust, the edge and date variety both unimpeded and clear, about fine, very rare.
