Spink has had a remarkable run of this key date in the Crown series, successfuly handling two examples already at auction in 2022, and a further coin sold by private treaty. This offering, again entirely fresh to market as the others offered in our salerooms this year have been, has rendered collectors unprecedented opportunities in quick succession to acquire this typically highly elusive date. In other words, Spink is privileged to have offered in 2022 over three months, a feat that previously took it three years to achieve between 2018 and 2021.
Estimate: £800.00 - £1,000.00
