William III (1694-1702), Great Recoinage, York, Halfcrown, 1696 y OCTAVO, first laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, y below, rev. small crowned shields cruciform, earl harp with five strings, nine billets, lettered edge downwards, 14.42g, 6h (Adams 437; Bull 1094 [R2]; ESC 539; Spink 3480), usual sea salvage surfaces with further flecking and flawing, slightly bent, otherwise about very fine, very rare.
