William III (1694-1702), Halfcrowns, 1701 DECIMO TERTIO (2), laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, rev. modified larger crowned shields cruciform, smaller late harp with seven strings, large lions, six billets, lettered edge upwards, 14.71g, 6h (Bull 1046; ESC 564); another, similar, rev. modified larger crowned shields cruciform, larger late harp with six strings, medium lions, seven billets, lettered edge upwards, 14.82g, 6h (Bull 1046; ESC 564; Spink 3494), both rubbed but lustrous, fair to fine, the first with a dig in third quarter of reverse, and both distinct sub-varieties of William's final Halfcrown (2).
