Rev, GAREARD MO in two lines, divided by three crosses, trefoil of pellets above and below, 1.52g (S.1087; N.649; SCBI 6 [Edinburgh], 92). Struck on a fully symmetrical flan on good metal, under closer inspection a pleasing example with good details and clear legends, a little doubling. Some natural deposits, an encrustation spot on the reverse at 5 o'clock. Otherwise very fine with a strong supporting provenance, scarce, the moneyer rare.
