Byzantine Iconographic Anonymous PB Seal. Circa 11th century AD. St. Niketas, nimbate, standing facing, wearing cuirass, short tunic and military mantle thrown behind his shoulders, holding spear and resting hand on shield; inscription on either side: ⵙ Ν Ι Κ Η [...]; all within border of dots / [...]HΘ ΤѠΣѠΔ[...] [...]ΟΝ [...] [...]Τ, in five lines within border of dots. Apparently unpublished in the standard references. 16.46g, 27mm, 12h.
