The Mother of God, nimbate, wearing tunic and maphorion, enthroned facing on elaborate, high-backed throne, and holding the Holy Infant on lap; sigla above throne back on either side: MP ΘV; all within border of dots / ✠ [T]૪TACΔЄH [C]ЄICΠPOCΦЄ [P]ЄINΛЄΛΑΧOTOC [Π]POCTAIC[Δ]ЄΔIΔOIC KAIΓPAΦAICK[O] PHKVPOC in six lines within border of dots.
