Victoria (1837-1901), Shilling, 1846, Type A³, second young head left, plain on truncation, rev. crowned value in wreath, edge milled, 5.66g, 6h (Bull 2992; ESC 1293; Spink 3904), lightly wiped with die break through T of VICTORIA, otherwise peripherally retoned, and lustrous, the reverse cloaked by bluish re-huing, struck details almost extremely fine.
