Charles II (1660-1685), Sixpence, 1682 over 1, laureate and draped bust right, rev. interlinked C's in angles, three strings to harp, obliquely milled edge, 2.87g, 6h (Pywell-Phillips 83; Bull 579; ESC 1522 [R2]; Spink 3382), struck slightly off-centre and subtly crimped, the flan pecked and flawed below bust, otherwise about very fine, a scarce date.
