William III (1694-1702), Norwich Sixpence, 1696 N, first bust right, rev. early harp, large crowns, plain in angles, obliquely milled edge, 2.97g, 6h (Bull 1288; ESC 1538; Spink 3524), a remarkable broad striking of the appearance of an 'out of collar' emission, overtly haymarked on reverse, otherwise pleasingly lustrous and attractively toned on obverse, a handsomely bold extremely fine and much as issued, rare thus.
