Anne (1702-1714), Pre-Union, 'Roses and Plumes' Sixpence, 1705, draped bust left, rev. crowned cruciform shields, five strings to harp, roses and plumes in angles, obliquely milled edge, 2.97g, 7h (Bull 1450; ESC 1585; Spink 3594), linear flecking across breast, otherwise with darkened cabinet tone and well struck-up, good very fine, a pleasingly wholesome coin.
