PER : CRVCE : TVA : SALVA : nOS : XP, double saltire stops, ship surmounted by square-topped shield and mast dividing H and rose, 5.09g, 8h, m.m. greyhound's head (North 1696; Spink 2183), a metal flaw by Archangel's knee, otherwise a remarkably fresh coin on a full flan, pleasingly uniform for strike, a really bold very fine, in NGC holder, perhaps conservatively graded AU53 (Cert. 6320787-002).
