Charles II (1660-1685), Crown, 1662, first laureate bust right, rose below, rev. crowned cruciform shields, interlinked C's in angles, ten strings to harp, lettered edge downwards, 29.79g, 5h (ESC 15A; Bull 340; Spink 3350), die flaw to hair and a handful of bagmarks, otherwise with toning to legends, more so to reverse, bold very fine.
