PCGS MS64 | George IV (1820-1830), Chantrey's Halfcrown, 1826, bare head left, rev. crowned and garnished shield, edge milled, 6h (Davies 192; Bull 2375; ESC 646; Spink 3809), a magnificent example, the faintest contact marks in otherwise gloriously honest original fields, a common coin very seldom encountered so mint fresh, a hint of speckled toning in recesses otherwise distinctly choice, practically FDC, in PCGS holder, graded MS64 (Cert. #39301617).
