Bank of England, A. Bailey, specimen £20, ND (2007), serial number LL15 908193, (EPM B405, Pick 392as), black SPECIMEN overprints twice at obverse and reverse, in PMG holder, staple holes, 64 Choice Uncirculated. This is the first time a specimen Bank of England note bearing Andrew Bailey's signature is seen in public auction. Note that a replacement note is used, likely that specimens with zero serial numbers were never produced and this was produced at the request of other central banks. Very rare.
