Diademed head of the deified Alexander to right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated to left, resting arm on shield, transverse spear in background; ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩ[Σ] to right, ΛΥΣΙΜΑXΟΥ crowned by Nike to left, monogram to inner left, HP monogram in exergue.
