Riddle - Heathershaw signature combination. It is not often that this type is offered at public auction, but we have the pleasure to offer two in this sale. This is a nice choice uncirculated example of this tough denomination, very scarce in all grades but rare in uncirculated condition. A minor repaired edge tear, limited to the margins and barely discernible is noted, but the note comes with good eye-appeal and would fit in many uncirculated collections. It is much nicer than typically seen for this issue, which had a limited print run and represented considerable purchasing power at the time of issue. PCGS mentions "Small repaired edge tear".
