A wonderful, lightly circulated and most importantly fully original example of this small-change note from the Straits Settlements. So many of these, especially in lightly circulated condition have been "enhanced" and no longer qualify for the "EPQ" designation from PMG. This one, from an old-time European collection, is a happy exception, and it is a perfect representative for this popular type.
