United States 1923 Fr.123 PMG Choice Very Fine 35 10 Dollars Legal Tender Note
So-called "Pokerchip" note, the last design of the $10 Legal Tender introduced before the United States switched to small-size. A scarce and very popular type, with portrait of Andrew Jackson at center. This type is very difficult to find with original paper, and while this does not have the "EPQ" designation from PMG, the grading company does comment on the originality of its piece. It appears to us that some dirt along the fold lines on the back is all that kept it out of a 35 EPQ holder, but this is certainly a premium example for the type. PMG mentions "Good embossing".
