A unique coin and a unique opportunity for the specialist collector! The authors of SC were unable to tie this issue to any particular mint. They do note that the AT monogram, if read correctly, also appears at the EP mint (see SC 2281b), but that mint only produced tetradrachms, so it is not a suitable candidate for this unique bronze issue.
