Late Roman imitations, mid-4th century. Centenionalis (Bronze, 23 mm, 4.59 g, 12 h), imitating Constantius II(?) from Siscia. HTHSH-AIΠИИC Diademed, draped and cuirassed bust of a Constantinian emperor to right; in left field, H. Rev. OИИ-NΓИPSD (P and D retrograde) / A(?)SIISIO Soldier standing left, spearing fallen horseman; in right field, star. A highly stylized imitation with interesting barbaric legends. Very fine.
