Nude warrior, holding two spears and preparing to throw a third, shield on left arm, on horseback right; monogram to right, API below / Phalanthos, holding kantharos and oar, riding dolphin left; [K]Λ above kantharos. Fischer-Bossert Group 74a, 908 (V355/R706); Vlasto 643 (same dies); HN Italy 939; SNG ANS 1020 (same dies); SNG Lockett 192 = Pozzi 124 (same dies). Numerous scratches, spot of die rust on obverse, scrape on reverse. Good VF.
