Only the second example of this beloved City View Taler we have ever handled in this grade, standing as incredibly impressive, given that NGC records just a single MS65 finer. Outranking the ex. Millennia/Goodman specimen by a full grade point, the fields on this piece capture an incredibly fine velveteen texture--a feature often only hinted at on lower-grade pieces, and yet made fully appreciable here.
