Hannover. George IV of England 2/3 Taler 1827-C MS64 NGC, Clausthal mint, KM140, J-24a, AKS-39. Variety with ampersand in obverse legend. A selection which can quite easily be said to be on the cusp of gem certification, perhaps bound in its grade only by some mild flan adjustments over the reverse.
