Diademed head of deified Alexander III right, with horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧΟΥ, Athena seated left, Nike in right hand crowning royal name, left elbow resting on shield; HΔ monogram V in inner left field, TO on throne, filleted trident in exergue.
