Laureate head of Zeus right; dotted border / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΣΕΛΕΥΚΟΥ, Athena, brandishing spear overhead in right hand, shield on left arm, in car of quadriga pulled by horned elephants right; anchor right above, HP monogram to right, Π in exergue, dotted border.
