2 x Sassanian Empire, Khusro II (AD590-628) Silver Dirhams, obv. crowned head right inside double beeded border flanked by starred crescents at 3, 6 and 9 o'clock, Khusro in Pahlavi script to right of bust, rev. two soldiers guard a flaming altar, slightly wavy flans, otherwise VF to GVF; together with 4 x Parthian Empire, Silver Drachms, comprising: Orodes I (80-77BC) obv. bearded bust left, tiara with star and 3 rows of pearls, rev. archer seated right, 7 line legend, Sellwood 31/5, AVF; and 3 x Vologases IV (AD147-191) obv. bearded bust left, tiara with earflaps decorated with pellets on stalks, rev. archer seated right, legend iii, Sellwood 84/95, GVF.
