REPRODUCTIONS, PTOLEMAIC KINGS of EGYPT. Ptolemy IV Philopator. 222-205/4 BC. Cast "AV Mnaieion – 'Oktadrachm" (26.5mm, 10.69 g, 11h). Derived from a British Museum electrotype (R R on edge). Diademed and draped bust right / Eagle with closed wings, standing right on thunderbolt, monogram to right. Head, Guide, –; GPCG pl. 34, 26; cf. CPE 894 (for prototype). Lightly toned, minor marks and scratches. Good VF.
