REPRODUCTIONS, PTOLEMAIC KINGS of EGYPT. Ptolemy XII Neos Dionysos (Auletes). 80-58 BC. Cast "AR Tetradrachm" (25mm, 14.31 g, 12h). Derived from a British Museum electrotype (R R on edge). Diademed head of Ptolemy I right, wearing aegis / Eagle standing left on thunderbolt; L IH (date) to left, ΠA to right. Head, Guide, –; GPCG –; cf. Svoronos 1865 (for prototype). Irregular toning, flan crack on reverse. Good VF.
