PTOLEMAIC KINGS of EGYPT. Ptolemy VI Philometor. Second sole reign, 163-145 BC. AR Tetradrachm (27.5mm, 13.28 g, 11h). Alexandreia mint. Diademed bust of Ptolemy I right, wearing aegis around neck / Eagle with closed wings, standing left on thunderbolt; no control marks. Svoronos 1489; Olivier 3675-4354; SNG Copenhagen 262–8. Lightly toned, heavy scratches and scrapes, small flan crack. Good VF. Wonderful reverse.
