Obverse: Charles standing facing within Gothic archway, holding lis-tipped scepter and pointing to it; Reverse: Cross quadrilobee, feuillue, and fleurdelisee, with pellet in central quadrilobe; all within quadrilobe, with each arc ending in trilobe; crown in spandrels. Very well centered and struck, this near-Mint hammered issue presents alluring detail throughout along with an enticing golden-yellow hue and hints of brilliance in the protected areas.
