Obverse: Jean standing facing within Gothic archway, holding lis-tipped scepter and pointing to it; Reverse: Ornate cross fleuree, with rosette in central quadrilobe; all within polylobe, with lis in angles. Though exhibiting a bit of an irregular flan and a small spot of green in the obverse legend, this choice specimen presents quality that is SCARCELY encountered as well as refined artistry and elegance.
