S-3214; N-2721; KM-392. Obverse: St. George's shield within wreath composed of laurel branch and palm frond; Reverse: Two shield bearing St. George's cross (England) and harp (Ireland). A tremendously wholesome and original example of a Commonwealth Crown, this enchanting specimen presents a solid strike, a planchet of attractively toned metal, and some hints of brilliance remaining nearer the peripheries.
