S-5192; Fr-8; Burns-21 (fig. 484). Type III. Lis stops, with an additional lis at the end of the reverse legend. Obverse: Lion rampant within lozenge; Reverse: St. Andrew's cross between two lis; all within polylobe, with lis and roses alternating around. A rather boldly struck and highly attractive example of the type, offering golden-yellow hues and very little evidence of any actual handling. Quite RARE as such.
