RARE quality for the type, this armored bust issue of Ferdinand VII present a choice strike atop a quality flan with tremendous brilliance throughout the soft golden surfaces. For the type (1808 and 1809), NGC and PCGS combined have graded only a single example finer, making this piece a perfect candidate for the gold collector who treasures coins in difficult to duplicate quality.
