Frossard, Ed. NUMISMATIC AUCTION CATALOGUES. Five catalogues, dated: June 9, 1900; October 22, 1900; December 10-11, 1900; March 18, 1901; and May 17, 1901. All 8vo, original printed paper covers. Sale 167 and 168 lack covers. Generally very good or better. Adams 166-168 and 170-171. Sale 168 includes material from the collection of J.G. Hubbard; the catalogue is rated B+ overall by Adams: "Fine silver: 1876-CC 20¢. 1863 $1 gold. RRR territorial gold: MS Miners $10. 1854-D $3." Ed Frossard, Jr. was active in the hobby, becoming Secretary of the ANA. Unfortunately, he was not the businessman his father was, and he quietly departed NYC for parts unknown in late 1901.
