Abe Kosoff's copy, with his name impressed in gilt on the front cover and inscribed to him by Kelly: "In appreciation for helping with the sale." While Kosoff utilized special hardbound editions, especially in later years, as a promotional vehicle, Kelly appears to have generally commissioned small editions, especially early on.
