Volume I, No. 7 (Chariton, Iowa, October 1886). 8vo, self-covered. Browned; first and final leaves detached. Good or better. Bourne 1880-62 and 1880-64. Rare, and apparently the only copies we've handled. The first issue states its purposes as promoting the causes of Philately, Numismatics and Amateur Journalism. The third and fourth issues were published solely by Fred B. Voiland, who also produced the successor publication. Continued as the Chariton Gazette (one issue of which is present). Not in Champa.
